About the role

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing business clients
  • Conduct product or service presentations tailored to the client’s needs
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and generating leads through effective marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions and levels
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus
  • Passionate about improving patient care and delivering high-quality services
