About the role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing business clients
- Conduct product or service presentations tailored to the client’s needs
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and generating leads through effective marketing strategies
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions and levels
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus
- Passionate about improving patient care and delivering high-quality services
