About the role
- Develop and execute an omni-channel marketing roadmap that balances short-term wins (leads/sales) with long-term brand equity.
- Manage full-funnel performance marketing (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) while simultaneously building a self-sustaining organic ecosystem.
- Guard and evolve the Mind Friend voice and visual identity.
- Lead our social media strategy to drive engagement, community sentiment, and viral potential.
- Use rigorous A/B testing and data analytics to improve CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- From writing high-converting copy to setting up automation workflows, you are a "doer" first.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across the marketing spectrum (Growth, Brand, and Social).
- You use data to tell a story and justify your strategy.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when the data tells you to.
- You have a sharp eye for design and a "ear" for brand voice.
- Expert-level knowledge of ad managers, analytics tools (GA4), and CRM/automation platforms.
