General

• To closely collaborate with the admin manager to handle day-to-day admin requirements
• Assist in creating visual version of admin SOP-s and announcements (via CANVA or other tools)
• Assist in announcing the SOP-s and liaise/answer queries on behalf of the admin manager
• To help update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain a filing system for all the essential, compliance documents that needs admin’s attention
• To collaborate with HR in updating and maintaining the records of IT Assets
• Assist the admin manager in ordering office/event supplies and research new deals and required suppliers
• Assist the admin manager in providing general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Liaise with admin manager to handle requests and queries from MANCOM/EXECOM
• To assist the admin manager in supplier management and internal stakeholder management
• To do multiple admin errands in a week (field work) and receiving packages when housekeeping staff is not available
• To perform other tasks that are related, supplementary or complementary to their function
