Solutions Engineer

• Act as the technical AI/ML lead in customer engagements, clearly communicating Mind Foundry’s technology and its application to real-world complex operational challenges
• Work directly with customers to identify and understand their pain points and priorities, collaboratively scoping opportunities with them face to face
• Define technical solutions that align customer needs with Mind Foundry's products, capabilities, and roadmap
• Partner with Product, Technical Services, and Mission Systems teams to develop compelling technical solutions that support new business, renewals, and customer success.
• Contribute to bids, proposals, business cases, and technical marketing material, articulating the value of our technology to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with the Mission Systems team to prioritise opportunities that have technical and commercial value to us and the customer
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer problem domains and operational challenges from a scientific and product point of view, allowing identification of innovative ways to deliver value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders across customer and partner organisations
• Collaborate with internal product, delivery and strategy teams to ensure our internal work and investment will deliver value to customers
• Explore and prototype new approaches that showcase the potential of Mind Foundry's technology and inspire customers, partners, and colleagues.

Solutions Architect

Security Engineer

• Own and drive forward our business expansion into UK National Security community.
• Build and execute on a sales and go-to-market plan in line with our strategy. You will have a high degree of autonomy. Therefore, experience in sales and/or business development is a must.
• Mind Foundry’s technology offering is world class, novel and innovative. We are looking for someone who understands technology and can articulate the value our technology provides to those organisations that need it.
• Own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, from market engagement and opportunity qualification through bid execution, contract negotiation, and account expansion.
• Own revenue delivery and growth for National Security, including pipeline generation, opportunity management, forecasting, and deal closure.
• Articulate the value of Mind Foundry’s AI, translating technical capability into clear operational and mission outcomes for customers.
• Build and grow senior customer relationships across the UK National Security ecosystem, including government customers, primes, and partners.
• Expand and develop accounts, securing follow-on work, programme growth, and long-term engagements.
• This is a sales-led, commercially accountable role that requires a strong understanding of National Security sales mechanics, including long sales cycles, complex stakeholder environments, and secure procurement processes.
• Act as the commercial bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring solutions are deliverable, scalable, and commercially sound.
• Provide market and customer insight to inform product direction and National Security strategy.
