About the role
- Your mission is to accompany, strengthen, and promote the People Experience across the entire employee journey at mimacom.
- You create an environment where people can grow and feel connected.
- You act as the primary local contact for employees and leaders in Switzerland and provide professional guidance.
- You coach leaders in leadership, performance, and conflict resolution.
- You design a personal and appreciative onboarding experience.
- You drive local and global Learning & Development initiatives.
- You work closely with our global People team in Spain and Germany.
- You are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle: contracts, employee changes, and documentation.
- You ensure data quality in our ERP system (Workday).
- You manage central People processes such as salary reviews, bonus cycles, and performance processes.
- You create meaningful People reports and analyses.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR or an equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a comparable role
- Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, Swiss labor law, and relevant regulations
- Experience in an agile, dynamic tech or consulting environment and the ability to drive change proactively
- Ideally experience with Workday
- German at least C1 level and English at least B2 level
