About the role

  • Your mission is to accompany, strengthen, and promote the People Experience across the entire employee journey at mimacom.
  • You create an environment where people can grow and feel connected.
  • You act as the primary local contact for employees and leaders in Switzerland and provide professional guidance.
  • You coach leaders in leadership, performance, and conflict resolution.
  • You design a personal and appreciative onboarding experience.
  • You drive local and global Learning & Development initiatives.
  • You work closely with our global People team in Spain and Germany.
  • You are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle: contracts, employee changes, and documentation.
  • You ensure data quality in our ERP system (Workday).
  • You manage central People processes such as salary reviews, bonus cycles, and performance processes.
  • You create meaningful People reports and analyses.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a comparable role
  • Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, Swiss labor law, and relevant regulations
  • Experience in an agile, dynamic tech or consulting environment and the ability to drive change proactively
  • Ideally experience with Workday
  • German at least C1 level and English at least B2 level
