About the role
- Sell and prospect new full season ticket memberships, partial plans, group outings, single game suite rentals for the Milwaukee Bucks + Fiserv Forum concert/events with the ability to sell additional packages for Marquette Athletics
- Achieve and exceed 60-70 outbound calls per day through prospected or assigned leads and campaigns
- Conduct in-arena appointments, virtual appointments, and tours of Fiserv Forum to assist in closing new business and developing new relationships
- Complete minimum 18 face-to-face appointments per month
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals established by management
- Proactively identify new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting businesses
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects within CRM system
- Game night and weekend duties as assigned (visit clients, works sales table, invite prospects etc.)
- Ability to work non-traditional work hours including weekends, after hours on weekdays, and all Holidays when needed and scheduled
- Assist and participate in select-a-seat events and other sales and service prospecting events
- Attend and actively participate in weekly and monthly floor wide trainings
- Provide excellent customer service and positively reflect the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum brand
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of sports sales experience, preferably with an Inside Sales program or current New Business team
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
- Strong work ethic with high personal accountability, business ethics and morals
- Ability and willingness to work in a non-traditional work environment with dynamic hours: nights, holidays, weekends, all basketball games + Fiserv Forum Events/Concerts
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with internal and external clients at all levels of an organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
- Extremely coachable and eager to learn every day
- Positive attitude
- Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to build a career in the sports sales business
- Knowledge of Archtics ticketing software and Microsoft-based CRM platforms preferred
