About the role

  • Assist with all logistics for online live sessions (set‑up, scheduling, coordination with facilitators/coaches)
  • Collate and maintain attendance registers for online sessions
  • Respond to and resolve student queries via Dynamics or other student‑support platforms
  • Provide administrative support for the dissertation module, including documentation, communication management, and coordination with supervisors/facilitators
  • Handle administrative processes related to contracts for adjunct faculty and external moderators
  • Assist with data collection, document preparation, and organisation of files for oversight reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12
  • A relevant tertiary qualification, or currently working towards one, in Business Administration, Education, or a related field will be advantageous
  • Prior experience within an academic administration or student support environment would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and academic scheduling systems will be considered an added advantage
