Administration

• Provide end‑to‑end administrative, programme delivery, and governance support for the Business School’s Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)
• Ensure accurate admissions and records, high‑quality student support, smooth academic operations
• Manage Registration Administration process
• Admit students onto a qualification/programme in line with the specific admission and selection criteria
• Coordinate DBA admissions and selection processes
• Assist with Committee member payment administration
• Deal with student/client/facilitator queries and take full responsibility for resolving the queries

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle, requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of system-driven business process optimizations and automations across academic workflows

Senior Academic Designer – Learning and Teaching

Learning and Development

• Collaborate with faculty members, academic operations team and Milpark Committees to design, develop, and enhance programmes, qualifications, lecturer or student support/onboarding courses/content aligned with Milpark’s mission and vision, overall teaching and learning philosophy, and graduate attributes.
• Perform any duties and accept responsibility as assigned by the leadership as might be required from time to time that falls within the scope of the Learning Innovation and Development team.
• Be flexible and adapt easily to changing requirements and needs.
• Intentionally contribute towards the best practice of a specific portfolio.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with various project stakeholders.
• Design, review and implement: Collaborate with faculty members, academic operations team and Milpark Committees to design, develop, and enhance programmes, qualifications, lecturer or student support/onboarding courses/content.

• Assist with all logistics for online live sessions (set‑up, scheduling, coordination with facilitators/coaches)
• Collate and maintain attendance registers for online sessions
• Respond to and resolve student queries via Dynamics or other student‑support platforms
• Provide administrative support for the dissertation module, including documentation, communication management, and coordination with supervisors/facilitators
• Handle administrative processes related to contracts for adjunct faculty and external moderators

• Support the development of high-quality learning material and assessments across several Data Science modules
• Work collaboratively with an instructional designer and academic team to meet structured development timelines
• Develop content for various Data Science module areas, including Data Science and Data Analysis, Basic Calculations, and Basic Statistics for Data Analytics
