Trader

• Play a key role in the oversight and execution of foreign exchange and money market products, on a continuous basis
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure best execution by monitoring market liquidity, pricing, spreads, and counterparty performance
• Provide updates of market liquidity and macro themes
• Perform and review daily transaction cost analysis (TCA) to determine means of improvement to the execution process by highlighting thematic trends
• Assist in the creation and evolution of reports pertaining to best execution, marketing, execution analytics and TCA
• Research various execution topics for validation or rejection of pertinent themes including: Contributing to projects: Operational efficiencies/risk reduction, New products
• Communicate with electronic and voice sales and traders at our growing panel of FX liquidity providers
• Build and grow relationships with liquidity providers, especially with US desks

• Improve cloud security controls across AWS and Azure, including IAM policies, network segmentation, encryption standards, and logging.
• Integrate security tooling (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning) into CI/CD pipelines to shift security left in the development lifecycle.
• Triage, prioritise, and assisting remediation of CVEs — contributing code fixes directly to development projects when needed, not just raising tickets.
• Collaborate with platform and backend engineers on infrastructure-as-code reviews, container security, and secrets management.
• Support cloud hardening initiatives, including CIS benchmark compliance and ongoing posture monitoring.
• Participate in security reviews of new features, architecture proposals, and third-party integrations.
• Contribute to incident response processes, including root cause analysis and post-incident improvements.

SDET

• Owning the design, writing and execution of test cases for the features you work on
• Building and maintaining automated tests using Playwright, and growing the reliability of our regression packs
• Identifying, reporting and helping resolve issues, working with engineers to get to root cause
• Collaborating with product and engineering to clarify requirements and feed in a testability perspective early
• Contributing ideas on test tooling, coverage and process improvements
• Keeping up with new testing tools and techniques, including effective use of AI tools
