About the role
- Build solid and trustworthy relationships with specialty flooring retailers
- Daily sales calls on existing customers focusing on sales of samples / displays
- Ensure product knowledge training and provide product consultation
- Prospect for viable new accounts
- Provide retailers with business and product consultations
- Prepare reports outlining business transactions and sales volume
Requirements
- B.S./B.A. desired
- 2+ years direct sales experience
- Well-developed communication and execution management skills
- Self-starter, experience working from home office with limited supervision
- Very strong personal presence and interpersonal skills
