Accounting Manager

• Oversee and manage the monthly close process
• Manage, lead, train and mentor accounting and accounts payable teams
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations and internal policies
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Work closely with internal and external auditors to gather information and prepare reports for financial, statutory and application control audits
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies and investigate root causes
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and procurements teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting
• Entity Consolidation reporting including consolidating international entities and submission to corporate entity including reporting to related public company requirements
• Reporting and communication for monthly results to all levels of the business
• Interpret accounting results, identify problems, research solutions and make recommendations
