Engineer

• Support multiple concurrent capital projects ranging from $5M–$100M, with a strong focus on healthcare
• Prepare plumbing designs, calculations, estimates, reports, and specifications for building projects
• Support plumbing design on multiple projects according to established priorities
• Conduct site surveys of existing conditions
• Assist with construction punch lists
• Participate in project design and coordination meetings
• Communicate with other disciplines to incorporate all information into project requirements
• Ensure technical quality of engineering tasks on assigned projects
• Travel to client sites as required

Plumbing Engineer

General

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM models in Revit and related platforms to support construction planning and execution
• Assist with model coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews in coordination with design and construction teams
• Support project teams with model-based problem solving and visualization
• Collaborate with project managers, schedulers, superintendents, and designers to align BIM deliverables with project needs
• Prepare model views, animations, and visualizations for internal reviews, client presentations, and construction planning meetings
• Support BIM execution plans (BEPs) and model standards across projects
• Maintain model accuracy, organization, and data integrity in accordance with established BIM standards
• Assist with model handoffs, file management, and documentation
• Stay current on BIM workflows, tools
