About the role

  • Strategically prospect and engage owners and managers to uncover opportunities
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand each business's needs
  • Own the end-to-end sales process

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in or related to the salon/spa industry, wellness, or beauty technology space
  • Proven success selling to mid-market organizations and managing complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with MedSpa operations
  • Skilled in uncovering business needs and creating ROI-driven proposals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to connect with clinical and business audiences
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM systems
