- **The Job:**
- - Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers and prospects in the region to uncover new sales opportunities for the Territory Manager.
- - Provide training to clinical staff on sample collection and order processing and deliver in-service training on-site with customers.
- - Plan onsite visits with existing customers to address customer concerns, sample issues, and billing.
- - Develop a working relationship with multiple internal teams to resolve customer issues and share information related to enhancing existing relationships with the customers
Requirements
- - Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- - Experience in sales or customer work in hospitality, business solutions sales, and management training programs.
- - Planning and time management experience.
- - Prior field-based position which included a significant travel requirement is desirable.
- - Excellent interpersonal communication and polished presentation skills.
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- - Willing to travel extensively and stay overnight during the week.
- - Ability to work evenings, late evenings, and weekends on an occasional basis.
- - Clean driving record.
- - Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to.
- - Ability to ensure administrative, physical and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to.
