About the role

  • Define regional marketing priorities aligned with global strategy and regional sales goals
  • Oversee planning, execution tracking, and reporting of regional marketing activities
  • Set and manage regional targets for globally agreed KPIs
  • Lead delivery of channel marketing initiatives across key markets
  • Oversee rollout and optimization of global campaigns and sales enablement initiatives
  • Drive regional digital demand generation and marketing automation in collaboration with global teams
  • Oversee execution and performance of events and tradeshows across EMEA
  • Manage co-marketing initiatives with channel and technology partners
  • Recruit, nurture, and empower diverse talent across regions
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture
  • Champion cross-cultural understanding and leverage unique perspectives for creative problem-solving
  • Promote continuous learning, professional development, and recognition of achievements
  • Ensure equitable opportunities and support for all team members
  • Allocate and optimize the regional marketing budget based on priorities
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance against agreed KPI
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimization
  • Support market research and competitive analysis in collaboration with global teams
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven senior marketing leadership experience in EMEA, preferably within B2B technology and a two-tier channel model
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience managing diverse, distributed teams
  • Demonstrate track record of driving marketing impact
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and digital mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and geographies
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
