• Work with client companies in a variety of industries and geographies, helping to build foundational HR programs, creating positive company cultures, and providing assistance and resources to their teams throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Onboarding and off-boarding team members
• Maintaining employee files and process documentation
• Revising and updating company handbooks
• Working with leaders to develop workplace policies that align with the goals of the business
• Providing guidance to employees and managers with questions and concerns
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state labor regulations
• Managing employee leave, including FMLA
• Assisting with benefits enrollment and inquiries
• Coordinating performance reviews
• Conducting workplace investigations, preparing reports as needed
• Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system updates

Senior HR Generalist

Accountant

• This is a remote position with occasional travel to the Indianapolis, Indiana area
• Process Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable transactions for our clients
• Reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis
• Prepare recurring journal entries
• Work with clients to provide updates and answer questions, escalating to a Controller when necessary
• Use cloud-based accounting software and client-facing apps
• Collaborate with a cross-functional, supportive team
