Senior HR Generalist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Onboarding and off-boarding team members
- Maintaining employee files and process documentation
- Revising and updating company handbooks
- Working with leaders to develop workplace policies
- Providing guidance to employees and managers
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Managing employee leave
- Assisting with benefits enrollment and inquiries
- Coordinating performance reviews
- Conducting workplace investigations, preparing reports as needed
- Oversee processing of payroll changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
- A consulting mindset with excellent communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with multi-state companies/clients preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
