About the role
- Handling customer payments and allocating them to contracts
- Managing and monitoring the dunning process for overdue customers (reminders, formal notice, contract termination, legal proceedings)
- Supporting clients and brokers with accounting-related inquiries (incoming emails and calls)
- Bank reconciliations and account matching
- Accounts payable (invoice payments and recording expenses)
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel (basic to intermediate functions)
- Knowledge of insurance and experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Cegid) would be a plus
