About the role
- Conduct in-depth online research on registered corporate entities
- Plan and conduct interviews with management/representatives
- Utilize proprietary and third-party tools to determine counterparty risk ratings
- Produce clear, structured reports on subject entities
- Maintain regular contact with customers for due diligence needs
- Act as a regional and sectoral subject matter expert
Requirements
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proven track record in commercial shipping or research/analysis
- Established network of contacts in the maritime industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Advanced OSINT research capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and time management skills
- Fluency in Arabic or other relevant language is desirable
