About the role

  • Act as the company’s representative (preposto) in labor and civil hearings, providing testimony with technical legal accuracy and institutional alignment
  • Monitor labor and civil cases together with external law firms, ensuring the quality of information and consistency of case strategy
  • Analyze labor claims, initial petitions, defenses/answers, appeals, and settlement agreements
  • Support the HR/People team on preventive labor matters, advising on risks and best practices
  • Handle civil matters involving contracts, obligations, collections, and commercial relationships
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date case information, deadlines, and documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal policies from a legal perspective
  • Ensure alignment between legal messaging, internal practices, and the company’s culture

Requirements

  • Law degree with active Bar registration (OAB)
  • Proven experience in Labor and Civil law
  • Practical experience acting as a preposto in hearings (essential requirement)
  • Strong argumentation skills, clear communication, and a confident presence in formal settings
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ethical, discreet profile aligned with corporate environments
  • Prior experience in technology companies or fast-paced corporate environments (advantage)
  • Preventive work alongside HR/People teams (advantage)
  • Knowledge of service contracts (independent contractors/PJ, employment/CLT, third-party providers) (advantage)
  • Experience working with external law firms and litigation management (advantage)
