Requirements

6+ years of experience building scalable engineering solutions across the stack, ideally in a consumer-facing startup environment.
Expert-level production experience in Django/DRF and React/Next.js.
Ability to work with non-engineering stakeholders to align technical decisions with business value.
Proactive ownership mindset toward the entire development lifecycle.
Believer in automated testing, continuous integration, and high code quality.
Interest and experience in coaching/mentoring junior engineers.
Collaborative approach to building software with both engineering and non-engineering team members.
Helps create a respectful, low-ego team environment, approaching discussions with curiosity and humility.
