About the role

  • Provide coordination and administrative support for committees and ad hoc meetings across Clinical Operations
  • Support meeting logistics and documentation, including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and follow-up materials
  • Record decisions, action items, and open items, and help maintain clear records through completion
  • Manage calendars, meeting invites, attendance tracking, and virtual or in-person logistics
  • Help maintain centralized documentation to support governance and compliance
  • Assist with management of clinical resources in Notion and Google Drive, including version control and structure
  • Track updates and support maintenance of audit-ready documentation for clinical protocols and related materials
  • Support development and maintenance of clinical content in collaboration with clinical teams, using AI tools as appropriate
  • Help ensure content is accurate, audience-appropriate, and aligned with Midi’s brand
  • Support coordination of Clinical and Clinical Operations projects
  • Assist with maintaining project plans, timelines, and status updates
  • Support communication of progress, dependencies, and updates to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Assist with documentation and coordination between Clinical Operations and Clinical Leadership
  • Manage multiple tasks across teams with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 or more years of work experience in a dynamic environment of telemedicine/healthcare startup and/or large multi-clinic hospital system
  • Self-motivated and highly reliable, with excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
  • Ability to learn new systems and programs quickly
  • Demonstrated commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong experience in adapting communication to a diverse audience that may include: medical assistants, Nurse Practitioners & physicians, Executive / C-Suite, and operations
  • Proficient in G-Suite and Notion
