About the role
- Coordinate the operational performance of the entire E‑commerce transportation flow (Deliveries and Returns), from dispatch to final delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, SLAs, and OTD/NPS targets.
- Lead Supervisors and operational transport teams, ensuring engagement, technical development and alignment with departmental targets.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and logistics providers, conducting performance meetings, contract reviews and negotiations to improve cost and service levels.
- Plan and implement continuous improvement, automation and digitization initiatives for logistics processes, including integrations with TMS, BI and tracking systems.
- Monitor and analyze strategic KPIs (OTD, SLA, OTIF, cost per delivery, return rate, failure rate, NPS), ensuring achievement of defined objectives.
- Work together with S&OP, Commercial, Customer Service and Distribution Centers to align transportation strategies with commercial and operational demands.
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets and the control of E‑commerce transportation logistics costs, promoting a balance between efficiency and quality.
- Lead projects to optimize the delivery network, review routes, carrier structure and last‑mile strategies.
- Develop management reports and executive presentations to report results, trends and action plans to Transportation Management / Supply Chain Directorate.
- Ensure transportation processes comply with corporate policies, legal requirements and quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields. Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus.
- Strong experience in coordinating or managing transportation focused on E‑commerce and/or B2C operations.
- Experience managing teams, carriers and continuous improvement processes; experience managing outsourced teams is a plus.
- Participation in projects implementing logistics systems (TMS, control tower, delivery visibility, etc.).
- Management of logistics KPIs, service levels, budget control, transportation contracts, returns, customer service (contact center) and customer experience indicators.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, TMS, WMS, tracking systems and logistics visibility platforms.
