About the role

  • Monitor carrier performance, identifying issues and proposing solutions;
  • Implement solutions to optimize product delivery to improve service levels and reduce costs;
  • Monitor and analyze transportation KPIs (delivery lead time, failed delivery rate, etc.);
  • Provide support to team assistants;
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries related to product delivery;
  • Track and manage complaints and returns;
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in transportation processes;
  • Participate in developing strategies to optimize e-commerce transportation processes;
  • Analyze data and performance indicators for e-commerce logistics;
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to present logistics performance;
  • Identify trends and develop predictive metrics;
  • Maintain relationships with carriers and logistics partners;
  • Coordinate and integrate with other company areas (Sales, Customer Service, Distribution Centers, etc.);
  • Contribute to setting department goals and objectives;
  • Monitor contracts with carriers and logistics service providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in e-commerce transportation operations is required;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
