About the role
- Oversee a team of Account Executives and achieve revenue goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies focused on customer value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for pipeline generation

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technology / SaaS sales
- 3+ years of experience leading sales teams
- Proven success in hiring, onboarding, and developing talent
- Demonstrated success in working in the financial services space
- Experience selling technical, data-heavy solutions
- Proven ability to use data for forecasting and identifying business opportunities
- Extensive experience collaborating with account management, product, and marketing teams
