Call Center Representative

• Assist members with their Credit Union needs over the phone and explain products and services.
• Open new accounts and process loan requests.
• Respond to problems and make recommendations to satisfy member needs.
• Direct members to the appropriate individuals as needed.
• Attain established goals for cross selling credit union products and services.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with MHV's policies and procedures.
• Maintain productivity standards in support of department goals regarding service levels and speed.
• Process member transactions with minimal errors and demonstrate sound judgment when making decisions.
• Maintain an acceptable attendance/punctuality record and adapt to work schedule changes as needed.

• Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications, servers, and networks to ensure they function correctly and securely.
• Troubleshooting technical issues, managing user access and security, performing system updates and patches, and monitoring performance and resource consumption.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with applications and systems.
• Providing technical support to system applications and servers.
• Manages and monitors system performance and resources and analyze logs to ensure system integrity and availability.
• Perform routine maintenance, apply patches, hot-fixes, system and application upgrades, and verify scheduled jobs of core business system operations.
• Manage user and service accounts, assign security permissions, and implement security policies to protect systems and data.
• Research and evaluate new technology and implement new features and enhancements to improve business processes.
• Create technical documentation and provide training to technical users on new features and system usage.
