About the role

  • Serve as a point-of-contact for assigned GWAC contract vehicles.
  • Support Sales and Business Development teams in understanding contract requirements and usage guidelines.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), agency policies, pricing rules, and contract-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate required reporting and contract deliverables.
  • Support contract business reviews with Government Program Offices.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding and ensure vendors understand compliance requirements.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and support performance tracking.
  • Promote customer satisfaction and compliant contract growth.
  • Support the Director in managing the full Order Management lifecycle from award through invoicing and collection – during the Director’s absence.
  • Process customer orders and generate purchase orders.
  • Maintain documentation flow from award through closure/delivery.
  • Support the purchasing manager by tracking purchase order status.
  • Coordinate with Finance to support invoicing and collection efforts.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation in resolving order, vendor, and invoice discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate data entry within CRM and ERP systems.
  • Support proposal and sourcing efforts as needed.
  • Assist with documentation and implementation of process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field or 10 years and minimum 3–5 years of management-level experience in federal government reseller operations, order management, or contract administration.
  • Experience supporting federal contract vehicles (GWAC, IDIQ, BPA, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving abilities.
