About the role
- Independently establish and maintain client relationships in the field of Artificial Intelligence
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers and projects (B2B, enterprise & mid-market)
- Independently manage the sales funnel — from lead to contract closure
- Develop and present tailored proposals, pitches, and use-case recommendations
- Work closely with our consulting team to shape the technical and commercial content of proposals
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and partner initiatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university degree — ideally in business, engineering, or data/IT
- Understanding of topics such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, cloud, and automation
- Several years of sales experience as a "hunter" in a consulting environment or in IT/technology sales
- Strong communication skills, reliable and enthusiastic — able to engage with decision-makers at eye level
- Structured working style, sales methodology expertise, and CRM experience
- Willingness to travel at least 20%
- Business fluent in German and English
