About the role

  • Ensure the quality, timeliness and reliability of the company’s financial projections by leading the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Ensure the company meets its targets by monitoring monthly results and variances against the annual plan.
  • Improve company profitability by developing KPIs, performing detailed monthly closing reviews and controlling expenses together with package managers.
  • Support the definition of optimal pricing policies for the company’s products and services by conducting profitability and pricing studies and actively participating in the pricing committee.
  • Support senior management in decision-making by preparing economic and financial analyses of projects/actions for the board, preparing materials for board meetings and actively participating in committees, working groups and presentations to the board.
  • Ensure financial routines in international countries by creating, implementing and training on Brazil’s financial policies and processes in those countries.
  • Ensure control and accuracy of the numbers by reviewing processes, automating templates, analyzing data and validating information accuracy.
  • Ensure consolidation of financial results and budgets at the LATAM level by coordinating review of results and budgets with Brazil and other countries, and developing templates and policies as needed.
  • Ensure structured integration, alignment and communication with the CFO through 1:1 meetings, emails and official channels to guarantee transparency, obtain timely decisions, clarify priorities and resource allocation, and provide visibility of risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
  • Advanced/Fluent English and Intermediate Spanish.
  • Strong expertise in budget planning and control with an integrated business perspective.
  • Ability to translate strategic planning into financial targets and performance indicators.
  • Expertise in cost analysis, profitability and pricing.
  • Analytical market and competitor insight to anticipate trends and opportunities.
