About the role
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll join a small, supportive team focused on securing and maintaining B2B accounts—particularly truck fleets.
- Optimise account management processes and achieve sales goals.
- Use Michelin sales methodology to grow territory sales volumes.
- Conduct customer visits to inspect and report on Tyre performance while demonstrating the value of Michelin Tyres/services.
- Provide technical support to customers and end users.
- Initiate improvements in services, products and systems.
- Analyse demand and influence stakeholders to ensure resource availability.
- Identify new and different business opportunities.
Requirements
- Willingness to adapt and learn.
- Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to share information, mitigate issues and resolve conflicts.
- Analytical skills to understand data, write reports and make recommendations.
- Respect for people, fostering a culture of compassion, empathy and support.
- Ideally experience in B2B industry, client services and/or sales environment.
- Experience using a CRM tool and MS Office skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel 6-8 days per month (you plan your own schedule).
- Authorised to work in Australia.
