About the role

  • Build a disciplined, scalable delivery engine capable of supporting $50M+ in service revenue without operational disorder
  • Hold full portfolio P&L accountability and lead a multi-layer organization across engineering and three profit centers: Programs, Research & Evaluation, and Energy Solutions
  • Standardize delivery models across utilities and service lines
  • Implement portfolio-level dashboards tracking margin, utilization, and contract performance
  • Prepare delivery to support $50M+ throughput without structural strain

Requirements

  • Demonstrated full P&L ownership of a $50M+ service portfolio
  • Master’s degree preferred; equivalent operational experience strongly valued
  • Fifteen years of experience in energy efficiency, utility implementation, or a similar service-based industry
  • Experience with leading an operations team of 50+ staff members
  • Experience with multi-state or multi-client portfolios
  • Proven ability to scale operations in high-growth environments
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings, conferences, and internal meetings.
