About the role
- Provide strategic leadership for Architecture Teams in Alexandria, Baltimore, and Columbia
- Oversee and guide Architecture resources across multi-disciplinary practice
- Set goals and advance core values and strategies
- Foster a seller-doer culture and expand business development efforts
- Cultivate client relationships and pursue opportunities in private and federal sectors
- Ensure project milestones and objectives are achieved within established scope, schedule, and budget
Requirements
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in the design, documentation, and management of multi-disciplinary architecture/building engineering projects
- Strong business leadership and financial acumen
- BS/BA Architecture; Bachelor of Architecture; or MS/MA Architecture with active licensure as a Registered Architect (RA) in Mid-Atlantic states
- NCARB Certification is required
- American Institute of Architects (AIA) membership is highly preferred
- LEED Accredited Professional BD+C is highly preferred
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Adobe, and Bluebeam.
