About the role

  • Support the backlog of PennDOT and PTC highway maintenance, operations, and asset management projects.
  • Assist in part-time/variable demand capacity as agreeable with the Director.
  • Conduct maintenance and constructability reviews for highway design projects.
  • Facilitate technical discussions with clients and staff on highway maintenance and operations.
  • Consult clients to define technical needs and determine scope of investigation required.
  • Present findings and recommendations effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of asset data systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 20+ years of relatable experience.
  • MS Office Suite, with proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Teams.
