About the role
- Manage a structured caseload of students receiving intensive academic intervention
- Design and implement measurable intervention plans with clear goals and progress monitoring
- Facilitate regular 1:1 and small group intervention sessions
- Analyze grades, pacing, checkpoint completion, and attendance to guide decisions
- Contribute to intervention program development and policy improvement
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in structured academic intervention, MTSS frameworks, or Tier 3 student support at the secondary level
- Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education, psychology, or a related field
- Experience in special education and/or implementing structured executive functioning, social-emotional, or academic skill interventions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a developing online school environment
- Adapting to various online tools and working in an online environment
