About the role
- Skillfully interview, assess, and screen an often high volume of incoming applicants, identifying promising candidates who align with our culture and requirements.
- Maintain engaging communication with candidates throughout their journey, from initial outreach to offer discussions, including alternative assessment requests.
- Work independently to screen candidates, manage interviewing schedules, and move candidates through the pipeline efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team in a variety of administrative tasks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a work setting, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Adaptable and able to change priorities and tasks while staying focused on moving work forward
- Access to a quiet space to work
- Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Tech-savvy with an aptitude to learn new technologies and processes quickly
- Excellent attention to detail.
