About the role

  • Play a central coordinating role in the Office of the Provost
  • Ensure that curriculum governance, accreditation, state authorization, and transfer articulation work together
  • Work proactively with academic policy, curriculum, and assessment
  • Advise and support the Associate Provosts and the Provost’s Office
  • Help align timelines, processes, and information across systems

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Public Policy, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in academic affairs, curriculum, accreditation, or registrar functions
  • Bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrable data management and database skills
  • Experience working with faculty, administrators, and external agencies
