• Own customer relationships end-to-end—onboarding, adoption, success, and renewals.
• Lead technical onboarding, configuring workflows, call routing, and CRM integrations.
• Develop deep product knowledge and act as the expert on system behavior and workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across telephony, integrations, and configuration in partnership with engineering.
• Use dashboards, SQL, and analytics tools to understand customer performance and recommend improvements.

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through complex contract negotiation and closing.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by acquiring net-new customers in the automotive dealership sector.
• Develop deep product knowledge to clearly articulate the business value and ROI of Mia’s conversational AI solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner closely with the Client Success and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure a seamless technical transition and adoption for new clients.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities within new accounts by recognizing unmet customer needs and aligning them with Mia’s evolving suite of AI products and features.
• Drive incremental revenue growth through proactive cross-selling of new automation modules and upselling higher-tier service plans that maximize dealership ROI.
• Use data, analytics tools, and ROI modeling to build compelling, actionable business cases for prospective clients.

Support Engineer

• Ensure the functionality and reliability of Mia’s production platform used by dealerships nationwide.
• Manage technical support for our clients - triaging, tracking, and resolving client-reported issues.
• Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for client-reported feedback and third-party integration failures.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Engineering, and Product to drive timely fixes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement,
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across application and API layers, including Python services, third-party integrations, and Postgres databases.
• Monitor ticket queues and application alerts to proactively detect, reproduce, and resolve performance anomalies.
• Partner with Client Success to escalate long term solutions and feature enhancements to Engineering teams.
• Create and maintain robust documentation on commonly reported issues, root causes, and remediation steps to streamline operations.

Technical Support Engineer

Data Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python for data services, pipelines, and scheduled jobs
• Design and ship data orchestration assets, jobs, and sensors using modern workflow tooling
• Develop and optimize data models across staging, dimensional, fact, and mart layers
• Improve data quality, observability, and reliability for downstream analytics and reporting
• Deliver dealer and group-level reporting foundations with reusable, well-tested metrics
• Build AI-enabled data workflows, including batch extraction pipelines, evaluation loops, and cost-aware LLM integration patterns
• Partner directly with product, finance, sales, and leadership to turn ambiguous asks into production-grade data products
• Contribute to broader backend engineering in Python/FastAPI when the business requires it
• Lead system design and architecture discussions, ensuring technical scalability and maintainability.
• Apply best practices in software development, including testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Stay current with technology advancements relevant to our domain, including AI/ML, and evaluate their potential application.

Software Engineer – Data Platform

Administrative Assistant

• Plan, coordinate, and execute team events, offsites, and celebrations from concept to completion.
• Manage the booking of conference rooms, especially for large meetings and events.
• Handle logistics for new hires, including the setup of their designated workspace and tables.
• Coordinate and place regular food orders, such as "Taco orders" and "lunchdrop" services.
• Manage and execute the restocking of all office snacks and beverages.
• Oversee kitchen cleanliness, including running the dishwasher, putting away dishes, and wiping down tables and counters.
• Maintain overall office cleanliness by managing trash/recycling and ensuring common areas (e.g., chairs, visitor areas) are tidy.
• Serve as the primary greeter for all office visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Act as the point of contact for internal building-related announcements and coordinate directly with property management for necessary maintenance or issues.
• Liaise with the Fire Marshal and ensure the office adheres to all safety and emergency protocols.

Customer Success Manager

• CRM Data Cleanup: Cross-reference internal spreadsheets and source systems to validate, standardize, and improve CRM data accuracy, so the CRM becomes the single source of truth.
• Lifecycle Visibility: Build clear visibility into the customer lifecycle (e.g., onboarding progress, renewals, cancellations in progress, key stages).
• Reporting & Dashboards: Convert existing spreadsheet-based reporting into HubSpot reports/dashboards. Some limited reporting may remain in spreadsheets as needed.
• Workflows & Automation: Design and implement workflows to increase efficiency. especially for the Customer Success team.
• Customer Health Score: Help develop and maintain a customer health scoring model to proactively identify and manage risk.
• Adoption & Enablement: Support documentation, onboarding, and change management to ensure teams consistently use the CRM.
• HubSpot Learning (Required): Complete assigned HubSpot Academy coursework and certifications.
