About the role
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting processes including developing recruitment strategies and sourcing, qualifying, and closing candidates
- Champion the candidate experience by setting clear expectations and maintaining timely, transparent communication
- Serve as a consultant to hiring managers by providing guidance on recruiting best practices, interviewing, and selection strategies
- Foster a culture of recruiting excellence through training and coaching hiring teams
- Champion inclusion and diversity throughout the recruitment process to drive equitable hiring outcomes
- Partner with the broader HR team to support employer branding initiatives
- Use data and market insights to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and continuously improve processes
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for process improvements based on trends and best practices
- Embody and promote MGT’s core values throughout all aspects of the recruitment process
- Support additional recruiting initiatives and HR projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five (5) or more years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
- Experience recruiting within professional services environments preferred
- Experience in both corporate and executive search settings preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to gain buy-in and drive alignment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
