About the role
- Supporting our healthcare clients with public tenders and procurement processes
- Selecting and implementing state-of-the-art IT systems to optimize patient care
- Conducting detailed process and IT analyses to identify improvement opportunities
- Leading and coaching a team of consultants
- Implementing technical specifications based on healthcare sector requirements
- Developing innovative solutions for specific healthcare needs
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and partners
Requirements
- University degree in (business) informatics/computer science, health sciences, business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in management consulting and/or expertise in the healthcare sector (hospitals, statutory health insurance, or the public sector)
- Experience in project management and project control
- Several years of leadership experience
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- High degree of independence and strong team skills
- Strong communication skills and a confident command of German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business
