Operations

• As part of IT leadership, you drive the transformation of our internal IT infrastructure and organization by optimizing, planning and implementing existing and new processes in a consulting environment.
• You establish efficient vendor/provider management, overseeing regulatory requirements as well as governance, risk and compliance (GRC) management.
• Through hands-on performance management (including SLAs, OLAs and KPIs), you always know what works, when and where, and can proactively adjust contracted provider services.
• You regularly engage with the latest IT trends (AI, Office 365) and integrate them into our internal initiatives.
• You and your team support users in all IT matters (in cooperation with external service providers) and handle procurement of hardware and software as well as ensuring documentation.
• In addition, administration, maintenance and use of Microsoft 365, as well as ensuring GDPR compliance, highest security standards and information security requirements, are part of your responsibilities.
