About the role
- Identify and acquire new clients within the affiliate marketing ecosystem
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients and market trends
- Develop tailored solutions based on product capabilities and client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and partners
- Prepare and manage commercial documentation
- Monitor market dynamics and share insights
- Contribute to the development of new ad formats and solutions
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or client acquisition
- Strong negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Upper-intermediate level of Turkish and English
- Proficiency in Ukrainian language is a strong plus
- Established network or existing client database is a plus
