About the role
- Design and improve AI-based creative workflows for images, video, and text elements
- Develop and maintain scalable AI workflows for creative generation in MGID’s ecosystem
- Experiment with and refine prompt strategies, model setups, and model combinations
- Review generation outputs for usability, stability, and safety standards
- Build reusable prompt templates and creative logic to reduce manual rework
- Prototype lightweight tools or scripts for early testing
- Document workflows and communicate decisions to peers
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with AI-driven creative tools or workflows
- Understanding of prompt design including image-to-image, control flows, or text-to-video approaches
- Familiarity with basic fine-tuning or LoRA adaptation concepts
- Experience with image or video generation tools such as Stable Diffusion, Flux, Kling, Midjourney, Runway, OpenAI, or similar
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork with creative, compliance, and development teams; ability to explain technical concepts effectively
- Proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues in high-stakes environments
- English proficiency at least Intermediate+ for documentation and communication.
