Power Platform Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Own and evolve backend API services built with Node.js / NestJS running on AWS ECS.
• Design and implement event-driven patterns using Kafka (AWS MSK) and caching with Redis.
• Support and enhance file ingestion pipelines using S3, Lambda, schedulers, and Python/Node.js components.
• Maintain and improve data sync workloads (e.g., AWS Batch/Lambda, scheduled jobs), ensuring correctness and recoverability.
• Lead/participate in on-call and incident response, including post-incident RCAs and preventive improvements.
• Improve CI/CD and engineering quality: GitHub Actions, Jest, performance testing (e.g., k6), static analysis/security scanning (e.g., SonarQube, Veracode).
• Manage infrastructure changes via Terraform, including networking (e.g., NLB), observability, and runtime configuration.
• Collaborate with Business stakeholders and partner teams on requirements, SLAs, and release planning.

Lead Software Engineer

IT Support

• The Helpdesk Agent supports internal employees and retail operations by troubleshooting IT and application-related issues.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support issue resolution and service improvements.
• Taking ownership of high priority incidents and escalation.
• Answering questions and/or providing directions related to products and services.
• Planning and scheduling time with all areas of IT support to meet service level agreements.
• Managing call and chat queues to prioritize incoming issues based on business priorities.
• Coordinating with other departments within the organization to resolve customer issues.
• Escalation of critical issues to Application Support teams & Development teams when needed.
• Documentation of all reported issues and activities in the provided ITSM system.
• Maintaining record of all customer chats, calls, complaints, and resolutions for future reference in knowledge base articles.
• Provide regular updates on incidents, escalations, and operational issues to Helpdesk Management.
• Work collaboratively with IT teams and cross functional business partners, to take advantage of best practice frameworks, methodologies, and service delivery collateral across the organization.

Helpdesk Agent

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET 8.0 (C#, ASP.NET Core) and .NET Framework 4.7.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET technologies.
• Maintain, enhance, troubleshoot, and support legacy enterprise applications and services, including WCF-based applications.
• Lead or contribute to legacy modernization initiatives, including refactoring, re-platforming, code optimization, and migration to modern .NET platforms.
• Analyze and improve existing codebases to reduce technical debt, improve maintainability, and enhance system performance.
• Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using Angular or React.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, database, and legacy systems.
