About the role
- - Manage client accounts post-sales and own the full account lifecycle
- - Support pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment activities
- - Conduct 30-day and 60-day check-ins and monthly client calls
- - Ensure proper platform and robot usage
- - Act as Tier 1 support and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- - Share product updates and gather client feedback
- - Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Requirements
- - Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- - Positive attitude, friendly and professional presence
- - Ability to manage a high volume of client interactions
- - Organized and comfortable multitasking
- **Experience & Tools**
- - Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles
- - Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools such as HubSpot
- - Marketing or analytics tools are a plus
