About the role

  • Develop, plan, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Create and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and publishing, ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and messaging.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, pacing, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee campaign administration, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and reporting.
  • Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, CPA, and ROI, and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Manage social media tools and platforms for scheduling, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Proven experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Strong experience with content calendarization, campaign planning, and budget management.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
