About the role
- Strategically qualifying new revenue opportunities
- Building relationships with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Conducting discovery calls to assess fit and readiness
- Coordinating next steps and handoffs to Sales Executives
- Maintaining accurate notes and updates in our CRM
Requirements
- sales experience (retail, hospitality, or office environments)
- detail-oriented and follow a proven system
- gritty and disciplined
- competitive and like to win, while still being a strong team player
- good communication skills
- tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
- fluent with AI tools and comfortable using AI to personalize outreach, research accounts, and improve productivity
- experience with sales engagement or prospecting tools such as Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
