About the role

Engage with end-to-end functional heads across Dell Technologies and where applicable end users and partners around the world to develop a deep understanding of the process modernization needs
Apply modern methods, advanced analytics, and tools both provide new insights into current state and redesign for transformative outcomes
“Hold the pen” for defining how we will transform and drive this process modernization across core business processes
Collaborate with leadership across Dell Technologies’ to redesign and modernize processes to create transformative change all the way through to delivering the business results needed
Drive the detailed analytics and synthesize into decision support information required to frame the context, problem, and key messages into concise materials

15+ Years Experience with demonstrated results in defining, planning, and implementing Business/Process Transformation and/or Modernization that have delivered measurable results
Direct team management and/or large scale cross-functional team leadership with demonstrated results is also required
Experienced in business process improvement, identifying and documenting work as it’s delivered today and using recommendations and client input to create an ideal future state
Strong core consulting skills - demonstrated track record of quality delivery, project and program management, interpersonal and client relationship skills, fully proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, along with excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience and/or expertise in as least four Functional business areas which could include Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Services, and/or Information Technology
