- Collaborate with peers to resolve customer issues
- Execute plan of action from Dell Domain Engineer/L3
- Document results, logs and service report
- Reseat, swap, or replace parts as needed
- Perform sever testing and validation
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Associate's Degree in a technical discipline OR equivalent experience
- Experience delivering technical Field Services supporting hardware and software
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience with networking and Fiber
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs waist high
