About the role
- Provide world-class delivery support to our customers
- Build an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives
- Become a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact
- Identify potential sales and growth opportunities
- Assist in coordinating development and consolidation of technical and process documentation
- Focus on activities like data analytics and reporting
- Provide hardware and software incident support
- Deliver IMACD tasks related to requests
- Perform remote support for other locations
- Support other IT-related manufacturing support on-site, as directed by the Dell manager
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of related experience
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Ability to set priorities and work independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- ServiceNOW or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- ITILv4 certified
- A+ certified
