  • Provide world-class delivery support to our customers

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of related experience
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to set priorities and work independently
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ServiceNOW or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • ITILv4 certified
  • A+ certified
