About the role

  • Own and execute MetroStar’s Intelligence Community growth strategy, spanning DIA, NGA, NRO, COCOMs, JSOC, INSCOM, and aligned intelligence organizations.
  • Scale and deepen MetroStar’s DIA footprint, leveraging proven delivery outcomes to expand into adjacent missions, programs, and directorates while maintaining trust and execution excellence.
  • Establish pipeline truth and deal discipline, ensuring pursuits align with mission relevance, customer access, technical credibility, funding reality, and MetroStar’s strategic wheelhouse.
  • Convert delivery outcomes into differentiated growth narratives, emphasizing how MetroStar delivers results and training teams to communicate those truths credibly and consistently.
  • Build and enforce repeatable IC growth playbooks, capturing what works, what does not, and how MetroStar adapts its approach across different intelligence customers.
  • Leverage Fellows and former government leaders as trust accelerators and mission translators, integrating them meaningfully into growth and customer engagement strategies.
  • Partner closely with Delivery and R&D leadership to shape requirements, identify mission pain points, and introduce innovative solutions once trust is established.
  • Maximize the strategic value of IC contract vehicles (IDIQs, COSs, OTAs, SBIR Phase IIIs, task orders) to build a high-quality, executable growth pipeline.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing IC growth organization, prioritizing builders and operators over resume-driven leadership, and fostering a “teams of teams” execution model.
  • Represent MetroStar as a trusted mission partner, engaging senior intelligence leaders, industry partners, and stakeholders with mission-first messaging and credibility.
